The Supreme Court rejected the appeal of “OPZZH” and finally banned the party in Ukraine

The pro-Russian party failed to appeal the court's decision.

Cassation Administrative Court within the Supreme Court of Ukraine in Thursday, September 15, rejected an appeal from the pro-Russian party “Opposition Platform – For Life”. This means the final ban on its activities on the territory of our country, as reported by the Security Service of Ukraine.

The SBU reminded that the June court decision to stop the operation of “OPZZ”, which the party tried to to appeal, was based on the corresponding decree of President Volodymyr Zelenskyi and the decision of the National Security Council. The basis was evidence of the destructive activity of the party regarding demonstrative support and the spread of anti-Ukrainian policy of the Russian Federation at various levels. “OPZZ” to activities that create real threats to the national interests, security, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine,” the Security Service of Ukraine noted.

There they emphasized that the decision to ban “OPZZ” is now final and the party will not be able to appeal to him anymore.

In addition, according to the SBU, since the beginning of Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, law enforcement officers have been conducting pre-trial investigations in 70 criminal proceedings. which concern representatives of the “Opposition Platform – For Life” involved in crimes against the national security of our country.

Yes, 30 Ukrainian citizens have already been informed of the suspicion. In particular, we are talking about deputies of local councils at various levels.
