– to increase the effectiveness of monitoring of compliance by judges of the Constitutional Court with anti-corruption legislation.

According to Sovgyri, the implementation of these tasks involves the introduction of changes both to the current legislation and to the Constitution of Ukraine, and will continue during 2022-2026.

“Currently, the subgroups of the National Council are already working on the development of relevant proposals to the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as on the development of the Code of Constitutional Judiciary,” said the deputy.
