The military band recorded a video on the ruins of the Officers' House in Vinnytsia

The building survived the Second World War, but was damaged by the attack of the Russian invaders.

forces of Ukraine spoke in the courtyard of the Vinnytsia Officers' House, which was destroyed as a result of the attack by the Russian occupiers. The video of the speech was published by the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In the video, footage recorded in the destroyed Officers' House alternates with those filmed when the building was still intact and concerts were held there. The Command's message states that the Officers' House withstood the Second World War and is still standing today. It has already become a symbol of stability and indomitability of Vinnytsia.

“Our Officers' House, our native stage … where the warmest memories of creative experiments, inspired thoughts, and concert life of our team of the Center for Military Music Art of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine remain.

And although our native place is now mutilated by an insidious enemy missile attack – we know for sure that we will definitely rebuild everything! And the concert hall, where a piece of our soul remains, will be filled with numerous spectators, not fragments of enemy shells…”, the message reads.

Remind , on July 14, the Russian invaders attacked the center of Vinnytsia. The National Police reported that three rockets hit a building with office premises. The impact damaged or completely destroyed 55 high-rise buildings and private houses, 40 cars and two trams.

The Officers' Building, which functioned as a concert hall, was also damaged. On July 14, a charity concert by the singer Roxolana was to be held there. One of those who died as a result of the rocket attack was the 25-year-old sound engineer of the singer Yevhen Kovalenko.
