Dnipro-1 midfielder Bill scored a goal as part of the Brazilian “Sport Recife” in the final match of the Nordeste Cup with “Fortaleza” (1: 1).

22-year-old Brazilian after the match commented to journalists and with tears in his eyes dedicated this goal to the Ukrainian people and teammates from Ukraine:

“Many times in prayer I asked this goal from God. I don't want to cry … I left because of the war. It's very difficult, because we left our house for a dream, and now we had to leave It's so sad.

I asked God for this goal because I wanted to dedicate it to my teammates and all Ukrainians living in this difficult situation. Thank God for giving me a goal at this time. “
