The bill on mobilization in the Russian Federation hastened to be published as valid

The draft law has already been announced in the Russian Federation about mobilization. Such information is available on the website of the State Duma: the corresponding bill No. 160006-8 is already listed there as “published”, despite the fact that it has not yet been approved by the Federation Council and not signed by the president.

According to the procedure, in order to enter into force, the draft law must pass three readings in the State Duma, approval in the Soviet Fed and, finally , must receive the President's signature. Only after these stages is it published and becomes a law.

The draft law on mobilization, widely discussed today, has already been marked on the website of the legislative body of the Russian Federation as having passed all these stages.

At the same time, it passed only two readings in the Duma in an accelerated mode, and the next meeting of the Soviet Fed is scheduled for tomorrow.

After the information about the “acceleration” of the adoption of the draft law appeared in the media, the information was changed on the website of the State Duma – for now there it is indicated that the project passed the stage of approval in three readings.
