Russia has doubled grain exports, including at the expense of stolen grain in Ukraine

Russia stole about $ 200 million worth of grain in Ukraine

It is specified that the total grain exports last month amounted to 1.808 million tons. Exports of barley fell to 144,000 tons amid low demand from 695,000 tons a year earlier. Corn exports in May amounted to 404 thousand tons against 640 thousand tons a year ago.

If exports increased, it can mean only one thing – Russia has managed to find buyers for stolen Ukrainian grain.

However, it was previously reported that US diplomats have warned 14 countries , most of them in Africa, that Russia is looking for buyers for stolen Ukrainian grain, and that Russian ships are filled with grain from Ukraine.

It is previously known that the Russian authorities stole from 400,000 to 500,000 tons of grain in the occupied territories, exporting most of it to the Crimea.

At current prices of 500,000 tons – about $ 200 million
