The latest statements and actions of Russian forces indicate that , that the Russian Federation, and its leader in particular, are not ready to enter into negotiations or concessions. Vladimir Putin is obviously preparing for a long-term war, according to analysts of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

Recently, in the Russian information space, information about mining and a possible undermining of the Kakhovskaya HPP, about preparation for mobilization and conscription for military service is being heard more and more often, an information basis is being created for the withdrawal of troops from the right bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region< /strong>, which probably indicates that Moscow is not looking for ways to quickly resolve the conflict.
