Polish border guards say an attack by Belarusian security forces

Incidents are recorded for the second day in a row.

On April 9 and 10, two incidents involving Belarusian security forces occurred on the Belarusian-Polish border, according to the Polish Border Guard Service.

According to the Polish side, Belarusian officials stoned and insulted Polish patrols.

On April 9, near the village of Dubyche-Tserkivny, Belarusian officials threw a wooden bridge over a fence at the border and stoned a Polish border patrol. They also shouted insults at Polish officials, the Polish side writes.

The Border Guard Service assumes that an attempt to cross the border illegally was planned. A total of 14 foreigners, including Turkish, Iraqi and Syrian citizens, tried to cross the Belarusian-Polish border on April 9.

On the morning of April 10, Belarusian officials threw stones patrol Polish patrol. At this time, a group of foreigners illegally crossed the border, writes the Polish Border Service.

After that, detained six citizens of Yemen, four – Syria and one – Sudan.

In total, there were 300 attempts to enter Poland illegally in April.
