OPZZ appealed against the ban on its activities

The decision of the Administrative Court of Cassation, which will consider the appeal, will be final.

Pro-Russian party “Opposition Platform – For Life” (OPZJ) appealed the court's decision to ban the activities of the police force. This was reported by the representative of the Verkhovna Rada in the Constitutional Court, Olha Sovgyrya.

“According to available information, the political party “Opposition Platform – For Life” (“OPZZ”) appealed the decision of the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal dated June 20, 2022 in case P/857/8/22, according to which the party was prohibited from transferring all its property to the state,” Sovgyrya wrote in Telegram .

She explained that complaints in this category of cases are considered by the Administrative Court of Cassation as part of the Supreme Court within one month after the opening of appeal proceedings. The decision of the KAS of the Supreme Court, as a court of appeal, is final and is not subject to further appeal.
