“My dear, we missed you”: Usyk returned to Ukraine after the victory in the rematch against Joshua

The Ukrainian boxer arrived after a fight in Saudi Arabia.

IBF, IBO, WBA world champion Super and WBO super heavyweight Olexandr Usyk returned to Ukraine after defeating the British Anthony Joshua in a rematch.

The boxer posted a photo on Instagram against the background of Ukrainian road signs and left the caption: “Dear , we were sad”.

Recall that Usyk defeated Joshua by split decision and defended his titles. The fight took place in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).

After the start of the war, the boxer arrived in Ukraine and supported the military, and then left the country to prepare for the fight. At the same time, Usyk's promoter announced even before the rematch that the boxer would return to Ukraine immediately after it.
