The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba called on the world to introduce criminal liability for the use of the symbol “Z”. He announced this on his Twitter page.
I call on all states to criminalize the use of the 'Z' symbol as a way to publicly support the war of aggression against Ukraine. 'Z' means Russian war crimes, bombed out cities, thousands of murdered Ukrainians. Public support of this barbarism must be forbidden.

“Z means Russian war crimes, bombed cities, thousands of Ukrainians killed. Public support for this barbarism must be banned,” the statement said.
