The level of payment for utilities in the capital during the war is 55%.
Tariffs for hot water in Kyiv will not change until May 31, said Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko. He also explained what will continue to affect hot water prices.
“Today, in a state of war, when people are in a difficult financial situation, we have made an important decision to provide utilities in the capital. This decision will ensure the application of tariffs for hot water and thermal energy for its preparation at the level of the last heating season by May 31. That is, we will extend these tariffs without raising them, “Klitschko said.
According to him, further adjustment of tariffs will depend on gas prices, which will be set at the state level.

Earlier, Klitschko said that the level of payment for utilities in Kyiv is over 55% . He added that the funds paid for utilities are used to purchase the necessary resources and salaries of employees. Klitschko clarified that the utility bill can be paid without a fee through all municipal services.
