Now the song is called In The Shadows of Ukraine.
Ukrainian group Kalush Orchestra and Finnish group The Rasmus recorded a cover of the legendary song In The Shadows. The bands have already sung this composition together during the Eurovision Song Contest, in which both participated. Ukrainians won this year.
“Our mission is to tell as many people as possible about the war and the courage of the people of Ukraine. That's why we decided to record a video for this song,” says the description of the clip on YouTube.

The song also includes words in Ukrainian: “Our sister's heart hurts, Don't cry, sister, our time is near! I will get up early, hug the old woman. The sun will rise, all fortune-tellers will disappear!”. They are followed by a verse in Ukrainian, which was read by the leader of the Kalush Orchestra, Oleg Psyuk.
Remember, in May, the Kalush Orchestra together with the Serhiy Prytula Foundation held an auction, where they sold their award, received for victory at Eurovision. In this way, they collected money for the needs of the Armed Forces of our country.
