Johnson on the results of the NATO summit: “Exceeded all expectations”

He should destroy the myth about the lack of readiness of the Alliance for a long crisis.

Prime Minister of Great Britain Boris Johnson assessed results of the NATO summit held in Madrid. According to Sky News, he considers it very successful and one that has “exceeded all expectations” in terms of maintaining unity.

Johnson noted that NATO will support Ukraine as long as it is needed.

“The summit should destroy the myth that Western democracies allegedly lack the stability for a long crisis,” the media quoted the British prime minister as saying.

Johnson also positively assessed the fact that there is now an understanding between Turkey and Sweden and Finland regarding the entry of the latter two into the Alliance.
