“I would once again repeat everything I said. This is a federation, lawyers decide there, I was sent. But I do not back down from my words This is UEFA's decision. This is the governing body, they make the decision. I will not comment on it. We have good relations with UEFA. They helped us a lot, President Ceferin also helped a lot. Therefore, I will not comment on this statement,” Petrakov said at a press conference before League of Nations match against Scotland.

Recall that the Russian Football Union (RFS) appealed to UEFA to disqualify the head coach of the Ukrainian national team, Oleksandr Petrakov.

The Russians accused the specialist of “failing to observe political neutrality”. and “discriminatory statements”.

Today, September 20, it became known that UEFA, based on the results of these cases and UAF issued a warning and a minor fine.
