In an interview with CBS, he emphasized that this will turn the Russians into the biggest exiles in the world and will not remain unanswered by the United States and other countries of the civilized world.

According to the politician, the use of nuclear or chemical weapons will completely change the course of the war in Ukraine.

“It will have consequences. They will be the greatest exiles in the world than they have ever been before. And depending on the scale of what they do, we will decide on the answer,” the American leader said.

When asked by a journalist about what he would say to Putin personally, Biden answered as follows.
