“The offer from Ed's team to record a joint song is another expression of support from the people of Great Britain and an unprecedented act that is guaranteed to create a powerful impetus.

“Antibodies” did their job as servicemen, it was not easy for us to create and record Ukrainian lyrics and vocals in the studio. In addition, the Bobina Records studio, where we usually recorded our own songs, came under occupation. But thanks to Maksym Syvolap, our friend and constant co-author and arranger of many songs, we did our part.

In the Ukrainian text for Ed Sheeran's song 2Step, I decided to tell my story of how the war started for my family. And this is not only my story, this is the story of millions of Ukrainians whose families have been separated, and sometimes and forever, horrific bombings and war, “said Topol.

Filming took place in Irpen, Kyiv, and Kharkiv region.

The band members have stated that they are dedicating this video to the memory of Ukrainian director Dmytro Manifest, whose life ended too early. Dmytro Manifest's friend Dmytro Shmurak directed and produced the video.

All proceeds from the monetization of the video on YouTube, as well as royalties, will go to the Music Saves UA project, a project of the All-Ukrainian Association of Music Events.
