April 28 was another exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and Russia , reported Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk. 45 people were released from Russian captivity. Among them are 13 officers and 20 soldiers, five of whom were wounded.

Also 12 civilians are returning home.

According to Vereshchuk, the Russians are holding captive, in particular, Ukrainian priests, journalists , activists, mayors and ordinary civilians in prisons not even in Ukraine, but in Kursk, Bryansk and Rostov regions. These people have to sit in the same cells with criminals .
